In my opinion we have to divide forms of relaxing into 2 groups : passive relaxing and active relaxing. If we would like to consider passive relaxing it has to be stressed that it doesnt have a major impact on our health, f.ex. lying on the sofa, watching TV doesnt improve our health. But on the other side there is also active relaxing, if we, f.ex. do some exercises, jogging or swimming it can ensure us that we are less likely to have a heart disease. Moreover, it makes us fell fitter, stronger and generally speaking - better. Resuming, we have to remember that it would be better for our health if we did some exercises instead of watching tv in our spare time.
