Wtedy to nawet najlepsze CV w załączniku nas nie uratuje, bo nikt go nie otworzy. To jest absurd i na zachodzie żądanie zdjęcia przez pracodawcę przy rekrutacji uchodzi za wielki nietakt.
Widziałam gdzieś dane, że pracodawcy nie czytają 90% CV, bo po prostu dostają tego za dużo. Z tego powodu wygląd CV jest, niestety, równie ważny jak treść.
